New Gym..and Finally Workout

So I have been doing tiny workouts the past 2days
crunchs and bands excercise but like yay, 10mins total each day.
Doesn't count right?
So yesterday i got a new gym membership, (i still have my old) its 5min walk, and 1min drive. Its like right there, around the corner. They have the basic stuff except no stair climber, but i guess i do without...i have my own stiars at home, ha.
So i workout today, signup yesterday.
heres what i did.


standup bike 6minutes
bike 10 minutes
elliptecul 10minutes
stretch 5 minutes


total
31minutes all together, cardio 26 minutes
