May 6th 2010

I have workout so much the past 3 days. Not yesterday. Mostly weights. And 10 to 15 minutes or cardio. I have a gym right next to me. i have been doing bad eating donuts and chips lately but the past 3days been really goods.

1 week ago= 132lbs

Today= 128lbs

New Gym..and Finally Workout

So I have been doing tiny workouts the past 2days
crunchs and bands excercise but like yay, 10mins total each day.
Doesn't count right?
So yesterday i got a new gym membership, (i still have my old) its 5min walk, and 1min drive. Its like right there, around the corner. They have the basic stuff except no stair climber, but i guess i do without...i have my own stiars at home, ha.
So i workout today, signup yesterday.
heres what i did.


standup bike 6minutes
bike 10 minutes
elliptecul 10minutes
stretch 5 minutes


total
31minutes all together, cardio 26 minutes

My Hubby's New Thing

So my husband who i love very much has came up with this 'free walking club' which is awesome! i love it. we go across town we gather a group of people and we walk. Well its not that easy. our first day 2 people. we are in the beginning and very excitied to get going. im his secretary and i do all the dirty work and so some of this. he does that rest. he is the personal trainer and knows 'the stuff'. we have one lady that already ditching her previous trainer and going to steve. how cool is that? my hubby is an expert and her previous one was a basic. so heres what ive done that walk day...

Walk Only

Today was strictly walk only. Steve is getting a Free Senior Walking Club in (summerlin, las vegas) together and we had to know what trail we are to do. So we walked a trail and he liked it.

A Jog And A LVAC

The Jog on my treadmill happend twice within a week. I did a jog, a slow jog on a 2.5
1. 10mins
2. 5mins

All together 15minutes that week

Today
I went to LVAC, a gym.
I did bike, ski elliptical, stairs were the big three.

1. bike 15mins
2. ski 15mins
3. stairs 5mins
4. treadmill 3min
5. another stairs 2min

all together 40minutues

Whats my weight so far....eh? its the same, 127lbs. The chips are the worst for me. Need some encouragement over here.

Finally I got to go to LVAC

I finally made to LVAC, I havent been there in a year. So here we go. i did cardio. And after i got myself a smoothie to top it!
I did bike 15minutes.

Walk at "Big" park

I sure did my excercising.
12 hours of just walking at disneyland and california adverture.
But not to mention I was NOT watching what i was eating....Oops! I was traveling and that was my excuse.


New thing on the way.... More veggies to the diet, a healthy way of living! (my new lunch)

Todays Thing....

I do not do the same video! I love to mix it up. My video i did today. Sparkpeople it didn't last too long but i also added another Sparkpeople Swimsuit Bootcamp - Day 1 Workout Later on that day, actually night time, my husband helped my out with my foamroll excercises. Gotta work it!

Weight= 127 Ibs. (still but feeling the burns....it has to be doing something?)

Finally a Workout

Finally i got to workout! Its the day after my birthday and thinking i haven't workout lately and needed to. So i did a youtube video from one of my favorites i picked out. This girl does a good job. She has all kinds. I could only do 6minutues of her. But i also did one of Johannes videos displayed on the side as well. One of her Step videos, lasted 6minutes also. And then I started on my other excercises, the bridge and such. (on the right side of blog). Steve my husband, a personal trainer, would probably say "Heidi did you do 3 reps on all of them?" And I would reply "I am working up to that?" I did a 2 reps on a few and one on a few of them. Not to mention I do have headaches so my husband and I are working on excercises for that too, nightly excercises where 'he' is around to watch. I love him to death. i want him to be there, to make sure. We believe they are chronic daily headaches and tension as well. We have a foam roller and certian excercises and stretches that will workthem out or help it.


So far today i did a total of
12 minutes of aerobics
10minutes minutes other

Total 22 mintutes all together

Kinda Sick? blah....

I haven't been feeling well enough to workout but tommorow i will be totally up to it. The past couple days I've had a real bad acid'y stomach. Spicy foods, milk and such are a no no to me. But a lately I have been loving it and something else doesn't agree.

So tommorow is a workout as well as my birthday celebration. happy birthday to me! :)

New Day, New Start, New Week, New Year...All New

So when you see me, i am a skinny person, but the fact is i do need to be fit. its a dream i would like to be accompish and its a healthy one. I have a hard time with fitness. Running, Jogging, can't last too long for me. Maybe 3 minutues max on a slow walk job i call it on treadmill no incline.

My current weight is 127ilbs.
Im 5'2" and should be at 110lbs for my size because im short.

My problem sometimes is i get headaches and its gets me down in the dumps. eh? I hate em. The docter says there chronic daily headaches. I take topomax for them. I have dreams of be being super fit. The longest time of be working out was 3months, 3/4 times a week for like 1 to 2hours a day. I never got close to my goal. I was 115lbs then. But i did eat chips and waffles and junk. Wasn't watching what i was eating. Only 18 at the time.

So this time i came up with morning 15minutes step routine (join 2 or 3 youtube videos) or a few basic home excercises like crunches etc.

Only one week in.
