I haven't been feeling well enough to workout but tommorow i will be totally up to it. The past couple days I've had a real bad acid'y stomach. Spicy foods, milk and such are a no no to me. But a lately I have been loving it and something else doesn't agree.
So tommorow is a workout as well as my birthday celebration. happy birthday to me! :)
