New Day, New Start, New Week, New Year...All New

So when you see me, i am a skinny person, but the fact is i do need to be fit. its a dream i would like to be accompish and its a healthy one. I have a hard time with fitness. Running, Jogging, can't last too long for me. Maybe 3 minutues max on a slow walk job i call it on treadmill no incline.

My current weight is 127ilbs.
Im 5'2" and should be at 110lbs for my size because im short.

My problem sometimes is i get headaches and its gets me down in the dumps. eh? I hate em. The docter says there chronic daily headaches. I take topomax for them. I have dreams of be being super fit. The longest time of be working out was 3months, 3/4 times a week for like 1 to 2hours a day. I never got close to my goal. I was 115lbs then. But i did eat chips and waffles and junk. Wasn't watching what i was eating. Only 18 at the time.

So this time i came up with morning 15minutes step routine (join 2 or 3 youtube videos) or a few basic home excercises like crunches etc.

Only one week in.
