May 6th 2010

I have workout so much the past 3 days. Not yesterday. Mostly weights. And 10 to 15 minutes or cardio. I have a gym right next to me. i have been doing bad eating donuts and chips lately but the past 3days been really goods.

1 week ago= 132lbs

Today= 128lbs
